Celebrating our diverse cultural heritage
September 24th of each year is a special day here in South Africa. It is a day designated to the celebration of our various cultures in this rainbow nation. Heritage Day celebration is for South Africans to remember the cultural heritage of the many cultures that make up the population of South Africa. We are encouraged to celebrate our culture and the diversity of our beliefs and traditions, in the wider context of “a nation that belongs to all its people”.
As we know, our cultural celebrations are not complete without our cultural attires. This year, MHC has come to the rescue. We have in stock the most beautiful traditional fabrics of various colours to make any cultural attire we desire. Our stock of three cat shweshwe fabrics is amongst the most colourful ever. We also have in stock beautiful traditional blankets indigenous for our various cultures available. The men are not left out; shirts tailor-made in the style made popular by Tata Madiba are available in various colours and sizes.
In line with our cultural celebrations, braai4heritage is a must. At MHC, we have all you need to make your braai4heritage as memorable as it can be. The latest and coolest braai grills, equipment and accessories ever made are available in store at MHC. For the storage of your bulk purchases of meat and such as well as your drinks, we have a cold storage device just for you. Our range of fridges and freezers would come in handy particularly now that we are in the warmer months. And our cooler boxes are of various sizes, ideal for cooling drinks needed at your picnics and braai outings. Whatever the size of your gathering of friends and family, wherever you might envisage it in, MHC has your back.
So have a great cultural heritage celebration folks.
